Hey guys! Sorry for the switch of years but as I stated below, I am currently re-thinking about all the performances which has led me to basically start all over again. And the five gals from 1945 were among the first that I have now re-watched and re-evaluated and so 1945 was at the moment the only choice for me. I hope you don't mind! :-)
My ranking: 1.Crawford-magnificent performance,i simply adore these kind of noir performances, complex yet perfect for her film. 2.Bergman- in the end this performance becomes amazing, but a little too late. 3.Tierney- she's good, but this for me is silly performance in a terrible film. 4.Garson- competent performance, but never great, standard Greer. I saw Love letters long ago and don't remember Jones that much... Not fan of her in general.
